What is the best brand of winter jacket for a baby / toddler?

I debate between the warmest jacket Baby Gap or Columbia. Baby Gap is cheaper but I know Columbia is a good brand. Anyone have experience with or know of other good brands of jackets and suits Winter for babies and toddlers? Thank you! I must add that it's very cold here in winter … I checked on eBay now, haha …

I prefer to Columbia for the winters of Michigan, can always be found which are hardly used on eBay for less.
