Constellation Locator hand?

A few months ago, I saw an advertisement for a portable device that can point in the night sky and say this constellatoin stars that you see. I searched the Internet and now can not find anything. Does anyone know what I mean? I do not use a card because the gong to be a gift for my friend. I do not think it is too expensive.
