install a CD?

This is my first cd cover intalling have preety much know how, but im stuck on one thing. I received a package CD used outside my boyfriend and the harness is on it. I have a 1994 Civic hionda Do I have to buy a new Honda make me or can I use only one thats on the CD cover?

Chevrolet S-10 engine swap 2.2 to 4.3?
