I have a webcam at work I'd be able to control and monitor home.?

I am monitoring a test that is run on several nights and weekends, and the need to check periodically. Is there a way to configure my webcam to work so I can feature all Contol distance. (zoom, pan, tilt, registration)

I think you could try a sort of desktop application remotely. but you must have installed on this team. Ask your boss or anyone else before going to ease, though.
