Why CPR American Red Cross offer training to the blind? I tried to do and never received a response?

The American Red Cross refuses to provide CPR training for blind people, WHY? Requesting that results in nothing. They do not even recognize several e-mails seek information. Are they afraid that blindness can be contagious?

I have seen nothing in any of my documents that classes do are not available to the blind, but I can say that our equipment is not available in Braille, etc. Since both of our training program is based on videos, photos, etc., could be a concern that it could not adequately educate a blind person. There is also a policy that if a person can not properly perform the skill without assistance, are not certified. It would be interesting to see if a blind person can not make standards CPR can not display the anatomical landmarks, etc.
