Why did my knees hurt after a long day at work? They also hurt for a few hours … : (?
I really do not know What to do about it … Girl Gotta put bread on the table. My knees do battle with the pain of not sitting all day at work. I like minutes of relief twenty years, but I stand for five to seven hours of waiting for the day. I wear other shoes I wear shoes with slip platform support legs and knees to help, perhaps? Any advice on how to help alleviate the pain would be wonderful.
mightt be the shoes and how they align the feet. you can go to a chiropractor to align the knees and feet and perhaps invest in orthopedic shoes.
