What are some long-term effects obtain only 3 to 4 hours of sleep a day / night?
I'm used to dream after a few years when I was in college (studying, friends, and so on). Now that I'm out of school. I think may still stay up late with little sleep for days with vomiting or time. Thus, for some the general health of some of what effects long-term shift only 3 to 4 hours of sleep a day / night? Thank you.
In general, the effects of sleep deprivation depend on the type of suffering from sleep disorders. However, some of the more general effects of sleep deprivation include: depression, impaired vision (Although depression can cause sleep deprivation, May also arise from lack of sleep). dizziness dramatic weight loss or increase in hallucinations hypertension, cardiac disease (hypertension) nausea, irritability, memory loss, slurred speech and tremors.
