How can parents monitor safety belts and harnesses their children before?

What did you do to prevent your children will the street or abducted, or if outside of the energy with children 3-4? It makes the world a safer place " Children? Surely there must be something a parent does not monitor and protect their children before there is not?

They did the best they could … Hands Held, pushed strollers, carried children, brought an extra adult, taught children to stay close. and sometimes the children running in all directions, and (very) rarely, someone injured or lost. Parents seem to have lower risk tolerance today that security increasingly gadgets seem to make us feel remiss if they do not use them. This is not a condemnation belts and harnesses. I personally never used one, although I have about 4 children age, but I do not see what happened to difficult to compare with a stroller … indeed, seem better than strollers, because actually allow a child to exercise. What has been people before the electric dishwasher? What did they do before the car? Simply because there is no other way to do something does not mean that is the only correct way. Certainly not judge someone that you used. We do everything that makes sense for our families. edit – in response to your question … I think we are all now more frightened in large part by the media "if it bleeds, leads" the obsession that made us think in the case of poor is statistically very rare that it is more common. In a big country, an event goes wrong with a child in a half-day there are millions of children bad that this event does not occur. the news coverage has to do with the boy … and many people think the danger is so pervasive. (for not to say that there are places with very real dangers, but for the suburban middle class, I think it's really not as bad as many people think).
