When do you move a baby in a crib, cradle, and what are they used?

Juliette is a week, so obviously a little early but seeing as we're wayyy Anna in the end, I was curious to see where you thought it was the best time? Also, I have been considering this cot: http://www.simplybabyfurniture.com/02k129.html. Is this normal? What's this? I like the idea of cradle of convertibility. We just spent $ 100 on a beautiful bed with Anna we have a sale garage. I am so spoiled, I have not even thought of Juliet's bed. =)

We work with our son sleeping in the room (next to the bed in "cooperation Arms Reach 'to bed early and then in the crib when he got older), until she was 8 months how we realized he was sick of sharing a room with us .. =] A few days after he turned 8 months, who took in his room and began to use the bed there. I think there's a moment to transfer a baby to her own crib.
