Why vomiting after vigorous exercise?

It is usually after my soccer practice we do these things called tapes towels … A guy has to run with a backpack-type straps on the chest (forming an X) and the end of this opther harness is an identifier for a type of hang to it while sitting in the towel on a gym floor. Anyway, after shooting a guy in a basketball court and back. I feel very weak, dizzy, and then must go to the bathroom to vomit before the end of 6 representatives of jerks. I'm overweight and I was pulling rate is quite heavy too, but sometimes Then when I pull a lighter type. Is the backpack and the straps too tight around my chest for me to breathe properly? Because my breathing is irregular during exercise? Is it because I'm not working hard enough? Am I overworked? Am I not hydrated? (We make these napkin on the basketball gym plants and its always wet there) This is my guess that my problem might be.

Try not to eat at least 2 hours before exercise. I am sure that you know to stay hydrated. You should be sweating a lot, if not sufficiently hydrated before your workout. It could also be overestimated. Especially if used to much exercise you should work for it! There are a number of things that might be, what which means the most. :)
