Fetal Doppler

How many times you can use a fetal doppler?

I went and bought a fetal heart doppler / heart monitor eBay. I've tried and it works, but how many times can I use it in a week (not that I use on a weekly basis as an example how many times I use it), I do not use it because I do not want to hurt the baby. Has anyone else had experience with these monitors heart and how often do you use?
