1990 Ford Bronco Eddie Bauer 4×4 will not start until the second time after running for a while. Help?

I put a new starter, battery, alternator, starter motor and Cylin, and after driving power and 15 minutes for the first time I turned off the Bronco, then I tried fresh start. It cranks slowly (not enough power), but the engine does not start. Even the battery jumped in my car and nothing happened.
