Hey guys, what product is good evidence for the basal thermometer, body

Using a BBT thermometer. They are much more accurate and reliable as a thermometer. I personally like the one of the best digital, because they are more easy to read when you wake up and your eyes are not quite ready to focus for now. LOL Be sure to take your temperature when you wake up. Do not move or get up toilet or anything. Good luck!
