What is the proper temperature for a 10 month old baby have?

I am babysitting with a friend and the girl was sweating and crying, the current temperature is 36.9 is it good or bad, I need the Tempature right to see if you have a fever! NEED HELP PLEASE! Oh, where celciuss!
